One of the biggest health problems in the western world today is obesity. People think that the amount of food is the problem but the real problem is processed food that has a quality lower than dog food. Eating a lot of quality food probably won't result in obesity like processed food does.

You won't hear me mention healthy food, quality food is healthy in at least 90% of the time, when eaten in moderate amounts of course. Eating 10 pounds of anything isn't really good for you, one of the common questions from people trying to lose weight is pretty standard, even the number.
